About Caroline
I'm on a mission to support leaders who want – and need – to build and run outstanding organisations. You want to inspire your most talented people to deliver results and to love working together. I know from experience that takes care, focus and courage. That's why I've set up Mix Partners.
I'm a coach, team coach, facilitator and advisor who has worked for over two decades in consultancy, healthcare, politics and the voluntary sector. Most recently I built and grew a multi-award-winning health policy and communications practice. We went from market outsiders to market leaders – achieving significant growth by building a team culture that brilliant people wanted to be part of.
At Mix Partners I’m bringing this all together. Working with a network of associates, I'm using my skills and passion to help organisations unlock their own unique mix of talent, values and ambition. I've got bags of energy, curiosity, commercial nous and a knack for helping people see what’s holding them back.
